And It sounds exciting, especially if you already have experience caring for children, older adults, or people who need daily assistance.

But here is the part that many social media posts leave out:

They  don’t tell you that finding a caregiver job and being eligible to work in Canada are two different things.

If you are applying from outside Canada, you need to understand the job requirements, work authorization and the particular immigration pathway involved before spending money or sending documents to anyone.
