What Should Your Application Include?
You should not send the same generic resume to every employer.
For each application, highlight the experience that actually relates to caregiving.
For example:
Instead of:
“Hard-working individual looking for a job.”
Try something more specific:
“I’m Experienced caregiver with practical experience assisting older adults with daily activities, meal preparation, companionship and household support.”
Only include responsibilities you have genuinely performed.
If you have relevant training or certifications, clearly list them.
And keep your resume easy to read.
