4. Your passport needs to be valid
You will need a valid passport or travel document.
It sounds obvious, but it is one of those simple things people sometimes overlook when they are focused on the bigger parts of the application.
Check your passport’s expiry date before starting the process.
5. You need to explain why you are going to Canada
This is where your application becomes more than just a collection of documents.
You should be able to clearly explain:
1. Why this program?
2. Why this school?
3. Why Canada?
4. How does this program fit into your education or career plans?
For example, if you have already studied Business Administration and suddenly apply for a completely unrelated program without explaining the connection, an officer may reasonably want to understand your decision.
Your study plans should make sense.
You don’t need to write a dramatic story. You simply need to be honest, clear and consistent.
