What about the study permit interview?
Not every applicant will be interviewed.
However, if an immigration officer wants more information, you may be asked questions about your application and study plans.
That’s another reason you should actually understand the program you’re applying for.
Don’t submit an application prepared entirely by someone else and then struggle to explain why you chose the course.
A simple way to think about your application
Before submitting, ask yourself four questions:
1. Have I been accepted by the right school?
2. Can I realistically demonstrate that I can afford my studies and living expenses?
3. Does my chosen program make sense for my educational and career plans?
4. Are all the documents and information in my application truthful and consistent?
If you can answer these questions confidently, you are already thinking about the application the right way.
