Which City Is Best?
There is not one answer.
For some students, Winnipeg or Regina may make more sense because of their smaller-city environment and potentially lower living costs.
Someone else might prefer Edmonton or Halifax because they want a larger student community.
Another student may choose Quebec City because they want to improve their French.
