7. Farm and Agricultural Jobs
Now we need to make an important distinction.
Agricultural seasonal work generally falls under H-2A, not H-2B.
The H-2A program allows qualifying agricultural employers to bring foreign workers to the United States for temporary or seasonal agricultural labor when the program requirements are met.
