This section can make people nervous, especially when they do not know anyone personally in the US.
The important thing is to provide information that honestly reflects your travel plans.
If you are visiting a relative, use the appropriate information.
If you are staying at a hotel, provide the correct hotel information if that is your actual plan.
You Do not invent a US contact simply because you believe having one will make your application stronger.
A made-up address or fake contact can create a much bigger problem than simply providing accurate information about your intended trip.
