That you Have a large balance does not automatically mean you will receive a visa.
The officer may also consider your purpose of travel and your intention to leave the United States after the trip.
The State Department says that evidence of employment and family ties may help establish these factors.
So imagine someone has a huge balance but cannot clearly explain:
* Why they’re travelling
* What they do at home
* How long they intend to stay
* Why they will return
That is not necessarily a stronger application simply because the bank balance is high.
